Platform/The Record, Live

For newsrooms, and where the rules allow, the House

The record, besidethe words, live.

A guest speaks. The desk listens, finds what the state's own documents say on the same point, and puts it beside the words as they are spoken: the date, the page, the grade. The presenter decides what to do with it. The tool never calls anyone anything.

In build. The retrieval half exists and cites graded rows only; the listening half and the studio screen are owed. Counsel before any broadcast.

What it does

The Record, Live

  • Graded rows only, or silence. If the bank holds no graded row on the point, the screen says so. It never guesses on air.
  • The record shows, never the guest is. What is shown is a row: their words, the document, the date, the grade. No verdict, no motive, no label. That is what lets it go to air.
  • A human between the screen and the presenter. The producer sees it first. Latency, a second reader and the chamber's counsel are the gates before any broadcast.
The rule that travels with it

The record shows. The reader concludes.

How it works

Three steps, stated once

Listen

Speech to text, on the desk, in the room.

Find

Retrieval by words and by meaning across graded rows only, with the coverage gate.

Show

The row beside the words, to the producer, then to the presenter.

Next

Ask for a demo, a licence, or a chamber.

Second Chambers is presented to counsel and investors as a skeleton. Every figure on it is measured; every row is read at source; the prices are owed.
