Publication as a state, not a hope
Nothing is public untilit passes the gate.
Every row and every page carries a state. Eight gates stand before anything is public: the record, the grade, the fence, the names, the regulated period, the collection, the readability, the counsel. The machine runs the mechanical checks. Only a person can record a pass.
What it does
- Eight gates, stated once. Each gate is a written test with a written owner. A page that fails one is BLOCKED and the build can be told to refuse it.
- The machine may refuse. Three of the eight are the machine's to fail: a debt printed as a symbol, an ungraded row on a face, a field that collects what it should not.
- Only a person may pass. No script records a pass. The gate report is a list of what stands in the way, for a human to clear.
The rule that travels with it
The machine may refuse. It may never clear.
How it works
Three steps, stated once
Check
The mechanical gates run over every page and every row.
Report
READY, BLOCKED or UNCHECKED, with the reason, per page.
Pass
A named person clears the last gates and records it.
Next
Ask for a demo, a licence, or a chamber.
Second Chambers is presented to counsel and investors as a skeleton. Every figure on it is measured; every row is read at source; the prices are owed.
