The human ruling, built into the product
A human ruleson every row.
Every arrival waits on the counter until a person rules add, hold or reject. Rulings are appended, never rewritten, and the latest ruling on a key wins. It is the one law the whole system follows.
What it does
The Counter
- Add, hold, reject. Three rulings, each one line, each with who ruled and when. An unrule clears it. The history is never lost.
- A template and a page proposed. The counter proposes where a row belongs: which template, which page. The ruling can accept or redirect.
- The quality pile. Duplicates, misattributed speakers, dead links, ungraded rows and V without a source appear every morning with a fix a click away.
The rule that travels with it
A human rules on every row, and the machine may never cite a row that has not been graded.
How it works
Three steps, stated once
Read
The row, the source and the proposed grade, side by side.
Rule
Add, hold or reject, with a note if one is owed.
Withdraw
Ruled rows are written to their pages at the next build.
Next
Ask for a demo, a licence, or a chamber.
Second Chambers is presented to counsel and investors as a skeleton. Every figure on it is measured; every row is read at source; the prices are owed.
