One method, a chamber per country
A chamber forevery country.
Every democracy publishes the same kinds of record: a debate record, a statute book, a gazette, budgets, inquiries, judgments and the films of what was said. A chamber reads one country's records into one bank under one schema, one grade and one discipline. Chambers are comparable because the rules are the same.
What it does
Chambers
- The founding chamber is the proof. Aotearoa New Zealand is Chamber One. Its counts are the template a second chamber must reach before it is called live.
- The same question, many countries. The cross-country record holds what was promised in one place, what was done in another, and what happened next.
- A local hand on the counter. The ruling hand must know the country. Counsel per jurisdiction before rows naming living people are seen outside.
The rule that travels with it
Nothing prints a figure for a country until that country's chamber is read at source.
How it works
Three steps, stated once
Pull
Every Act, every sitting day, every inquiry, by the same tools re-pointed.
Grade
Read at source before anything prints. The counter rules every arrival.
Face
The same page shapes, in the country's own languages, in the house style.
Next
Ask for a demo, a licence, or a chamber.
Second Chambers is presented to counsel and investors as a skeleton. Every figure on it is measured; every row is read at source; the prices are owed.
