Retrieval that cites graded rows only
Ask the record.Get its words back.
A question in plain words returns an answer built only from rows a human has graded, each one cited with its source and its grade. When the bank holds nothing on a question, it says so instead of guessing.
What it does
Ask the Record
- Graded rows only. The model is passed only the rows it may cite. An ungraded row is invisible to it. There is no other way in.
- Every sentence footnoted. Each sentence of the answer carries the row ids it rests on. Open a footnote and the row is there, with its date, its speaker and its source.
- The coverage gate. If no graded row answers the question, the answer is one line: the bank holds no graded row on this. A debt is printed, never hidden.
The rule that travels with it
The machine may never cite a row that has not been graded.
How it works
Three steps, stated once
Ask
A question in your own words, in any of the chamber's languages.
Retrieve
The bank returns the rows whose words match, widened one step by meaning, graded rows only.
Compose
Sentences over the returned rows, each carrying the rows it rests on. Contradictions across the state's own tables are flagged.

Second Chambers is presented to counsel and investors as a skeleton. Every figure on it is measured; every row is read at source; the prices are owed.
